At 1313 Solutions, we help organizations recover revenue being lost to two invisible forces: rep underperformance and customer indecision. We don't treat these as isolated tactics problems—we diagnose them as belief problems, then install the behaviors and systems that create lasting traction. Our work is grounded in a simple conviction: people want to perform at their best, but unclear expectations, misaligned beliefs, or unaddressed obstacles hold them back. About Scott Holman
The Visionary behind 1313 Solutions
Scott Holman built 1313 Solutions after spending 20+ years in complex B2B sales and sales leadership, including 15 years with a Fortune 500 company where he earned multiple President's Circle awards (top 1% of performers).
But Scott's path to sales excellence wasn't linear. At 21, he was a college dropout working shift work at a chemical plant, carrying a pillow to high school jobs, unsure if life would ever add up to something meaningful. A conversation with a white-haired stranger at that plant became the catalyst: "Why are you working here? You're in a blue-collar role and you're as white-collar as they come."
That question unlocked a two-decade journey of discovering how belief shapes behavior, how influence unlocks change, and how leaders can guide others through resistance to reach their potential.
Today, Scott helps sales leaders and sales professionals eliminate underperformance and overcome buyer indecision using the Relational Influence methodology he developed after working with hundreds of organizations. He's spoken to audiences from 30 to 3,000, authored two books (Stop Clowning Around and Unlock Your Full Potential), and coached teams that collectively recovered millions in lost revenue.
Scott lives in Missouri with his wife Michelle and their four children. His approach to work is grounded in faith, family, and the belief that business can be a ministry, not by preaching, but by helping people become who they were created to be.
